Karine Papikian holds the position of HRD at Parimatch Eastern Europe and is responsible for building a high-performance, cohesive, and expert team charged with achieving ambitious business results. Karine’s team works on talent acquisition, creates and implements training programs for employees’ continuous development, developed a bonus system model, a benefits program and compensation, initiated and implemented automation of all processes necessary for hybrid remote work. 

Also, in 2022 Karine initiated and launched a wellbeing program for forming and supporting the psychological stability of employees and their families.
