Over 75% don’t know how to budget their money or have the basic knowledge of personal finances. Poor decisions and spending affect both personal and professional life as well as the balance of their companies.
I designed a simple, practical 7 step system that already helped housands of employees in companies like HP, Oracle, Orange, Unilever, Beiersdorf, British American Tobacco, Heineken... From designing a personal budget, spending control and the emergency and security funds to debt elimination and wise investing, every employer should build a solid personal finance foundation.
76% of employers mention salary and benefits as the main factor for choosing or leaving an employer (EY study 2019). Because of low financial education, higher income has only lead to higher levels of debt and poor spending. As we enter the worst economic crisis since 1945 (World Bank, June 2020) it is time to make wiser financial decisions for our families and companies.
